IMPORTANT! Starting November 1st, 2024, the Philadelphia Furniture Bank will no longer accommodate free donation pickups. A minimum $20 fee, depending on location and number of items, will be collected for all donation pickups completed by the Philadelphia Furniture Bank. This fee supports the cost of our staff, trucks, and warehouse space. We accept electronic payments via credit card on-site or exact cash. For these pickups, we will ONLY pick up high-quality furniture pieces from our list of accepted items. Remember: Good Haul will pick up anything without quality requirements for a more affordable rate than our competitors.

If you've requested a pick up, please note that there is a $20 minimum donation for all furniture pickups. This fee supports the cost of our staff, trucks, and warehouse space. Upholstered items should not be broken or have excessive rips, stains, pet hair, or fading.

Wood items should not have excessive watermarks or discoloration, chipped edges, missing hardware or parts, etc.

If you do not see the item you want to donate here, that means that we do not accept it at PFB. We would be happy to talk more about removing items not listed here at our sister organization, Good Haul

Please let us know if there is additional information regarding the pickup that would help us to plan ahead, like construction in your area, existence of elevators, loading docks, or off-street parking, or other difficulties we may experience

Please note, we pickup furniture between 10am and 2pm between Monday and Thursday; we do not conduct evening or weekend pickups


By submitting this form, I waive and release Pathways to Housing PA, its agents, servants, employees, insurers, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages or suits at law and equity of any kind, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, medical expenses, loss of services, on account of or in any way related to or growing out of my presence or involvement at the facility.

 

This waiver and release is intended to and does release Pathways to Housing PA from any and all liability for damages or injuries on account of or in any way related to or growing out of my negligence, the negligence of third parties and Pathways to Housing PA’s negligence. This is not intended to release Pathways to Housing PA from any liability resulting from their intentional conduct. I further covenant and agree not to institute any claims or legal action against Pathways to Housing PA for any claim. 

I understand that Pathways to Housing PA is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged valuables or property. I understand that by submitting this form I have consented to be bound by its terms, including the waiver/release of any legal right I may have to sue Pathways to Housing PA  for any costs they incur because a claim or legal action is brought.

I am submitting this form freely, voluntarily, and competently and am at least eighteen (18) years of age.
