About Volunteering
At the Philadelphia Furniture Bank, we need support from warehouse volunteers.
Tasks would include:
- Acting as a personal shopper to help participants choose their new furniture
- Assisting with donation pickups and furniture deliveries
- Assembling, painting, or repairing furniture
- Administrative work and data entry
The Philadelphia Furniture Bank is open for individual or group volunteers Monday through Thursday from 10:00am-3:30pm. Volunteer shifts are four hours long and volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
