Power Moves: Xavior Robinson becomes COO of Pathways to Housing PA
Xavior Robinson joins Pathways to Housing PA as its chief operating officer
Xavior Robinson became chief operating officer at Pathways to Housing PA in September. In his new position, Robinson will provide operational oversight and strategic support for the organization’s programs and services.
Before joining Pathways, Robinson was a senior consultant at Health Management Associates (HMA), where he worked with health care providers, federal and state public health agencies, as well as life sciences corporations, on opportunities to optimize services integration and sustainability for populations affected by mental health conditions, substance use disorders, HIV, and hepatitis C.
In his work before HMA, he provided training and technical assistance to stakeholders at the National Council for Behavioral Health and the National Alliance State and Territorial AIDS Directors.
Robinson holds a master’s of Health Services Administration from George Washington University.
In addition to naming Robinson as COO, Pathways announced the appointment of three new board members:
- Kasandrah Garnes, vice president of seamless access at Jefferson Health
- Damon Reaves, associate curator of education for community engagement and access at the Philadelphia Museum of Art
- George Sabo IV, senior manager at RSM US LLP
