Our New Look
We’re delighted to announce the launch of our updated mission, logo, and tagline.
After ten years we’re saying goodbye to our familiar key logo and updating our look to better reflect who we are and where we’re going in our next ten years.
Why are we updating our look? September 1 marked the start of our tenth year of operations and we have grown quite a lot since then.
Pathways to Housing PA was founded with 13 staff positions; we recently hired our 100th employee. Our original Housing First Program consisted of one team; we now have 6 teams each supporting 75 participants. In addition to the Housing First Program, we now operate the Philadelphia Furniture Bank, an Integrated Healthcare Program, a Supported Employment Program, and a Training Institute.
Through our growth and expansion, our vision has remained the same: end chronic homelessness in Philadelphia.
As we prepared for our 10th anniversary, we noticed that our brand elements no longer reflected who we are as an organization. After many conversations, both internally and externally, we updated key elements and streamlined our brand to reflect who we are today:
Mission
Empowering people with disabilities to improve their housing stability, achieve better health, and reclaim their lives.

Providing Homes, Restoring Health, Reclaiming Lives
Providing Homes: We have housed and supported more than 400 people who have been marginalized: 25% are seniors, 40% are veterans, and 85% remain housed after 5 years. That’s an amazing statistic for people who had been written off by society and the systems designed to help them.
Restoring Health: People with serious mental illness die 25 years earlier than the average American. To change this, we offer an Integrated Healthcare Program providing low barrier primary care services, medication management, and the coordination of psychiatric and substance use disorder services.
Reclaiming Lives: It is one thing to live in the community and quite another to be part of the community. We help participants get to know their neighbors, discover and utilize resources within their neighborhood, and reconnect with their families. They are supported as they pursue educational opportunities, volunteer with local organizations, and find employment.
You will start seeing our new look on our website and social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) beginning today.
