Do Some Good With Your Unwanted Items.
The Philadelphia Furniture Bank (PFB) furnishes more than 1,400 homes annually for Philadelphians exiting homelessness.
IMPORTANT:
Starting November 1st, 2024, the Philadelphia Furniture Bank will no longer accommodate free donation pickups. A minimum $20 fee will be collected for all donation pickups completed by the Philadelphia Furniture Bank. This fee supports the cost of our staff, trucks, and warehouse space. For these pickups, we will ONLY pick up high-quality furniture pieces from our list of accepted items. We accept electronic payments via credit card on-site or exact cash. Remember: Good Haul will pick up anything without quality requirements for a more affordable rate than our competitors.
Drop-Offs Welcome
We love it when furniture donations are dropped off at our warehouse at 3650 I Street, Philadelphia, PA 19134. We’ll have someone there to unload your items Monday through Friday, 10am-2pm.
If you plan to donate, please complete this form and designate it as a drop-off. Please call ahead (215-291-9830) to let us know you are on your way so we can get you unloaded quickly.
NOTE: All drop-off donations must still meet the criteria specified below on the What We Accept webpage.
Good Haul is Our Primary Pickup Service:
Good Haul, also a program of Pathways to Housing PA, will pick up everything and anything from both residential and corporate projects, and distribute all usable items to our various nonprofit partners.
Items can usually be picked up within 48 hours, with flexible scheduling options.
Pricing is cheaper than our for-profit competitors. All revenue generated by Good Haul goes to support efforts to end homelessness in Philadelphia.
Charitable contribution tax receipts are also available.
All furniture and financial donations are tax deductible. A donation in any amount will support our operations and is much appreciated!
