The Housing First model is an evidence-based practice, which means that multiple research studies have reported that the program has a consistent, significant positive impact on its target population and that there are few or no negative effects. The evidence that supports this is made up of a wide range of studies conducted by an array of investigators in different cities.

Researching and disseminating our service model is core to our mission because the model works and there are people in need in other communities.
