Alumni Association
The Alumni Association supports participants who are capable of and interested in living more independently, who have outgrown the level of care provided by Pathways to Housing PA. Alumni Association members stay connected with the Integrated Care Clinic, special events, planned outings, and regularly occurring Alumni meetings. Alumni members are no longer housed through Pathways, and do not have a case management team.
