Joseph’s House of Camden wanted to make an investment into staff training this year and we contracted with HFU for 2 sessions. Andrew was able to engage our diverse team and keep us on track as we tackled difficult and challenging topics that made us stretch our thinking. He encouraged us to think about solutions by providing real life examples of his practical work in the field to help us process through difficult situations.
Andrew was engaging, relevant, able to read the audience (even with masks on) and delivered informed and practical sessions that all levels of our staff appreciated and enjoyed.
