Member Agency Requirements

PFB serves clients referred by Member Agencies.

Membership in Philadelphia Furniture Bank (PFB) is open to any human service agency, non-profit organization, or faith-based organization that serves Philadelphia residents transitioning from homelessness or other life crisis. Annual membership fees are payable in advance for the calendar year and are based on the organization's annual operating budget. Member Agencies are responsible to screen and pre-qualify clients for referral. Member Agences are also responsible for the $25.00 client referral fee. An agency representative must accompany the client to their PFB appointment and verify arrangements to transport the furniture to the client's home on the same day as the appointment. If a client needs curbside delivery, an additional fee is required.
